2026: A Year Of Neurodiversity Leadership Conversations

I’m kicking off the year by opening a new conversation series.

In 2026, I’ll be interviewing 12 business and education leaders, one per month, to explore how neurodiversity shows up in real leadership decisions across organizations.

That might be a Fortune 500 executive, local business owner, or the leader of the nonprofit down the street. Scale matters less than lived leadership experience.

Your company doesn’t need to be perfect. It does need to be on a journey.

What These Conversations Will Focus On

Across the year, we’ll explore how leaders think about:

  • Neurodiversity within performance-driven environments

  • People systems shaped by HR, Talent, and Learning leaders

  • The intersection of education, workforce readiness, and long-term growth

  • Moments that changed a leader’s perspective

  • Creative business outlets

  • Lessons others can carry into their own organizations

Who I’m Looking to Speak With

I’m inviting leaders who have shaped people systems and culture, including:

  • Executive leaders (CEO, COO, VP-level)

  • HR, People, Talent, and Learning leaders

  • Education leaders bridging K–12, higher education, and workforce readiness

Experience and reflection matter more than titles.

  • One 45–60 minute conversation

  • Shared with a community of leaders, educators, and practitioners

Why This Matters

Neurodiversity increasingly influences how teams collaborate, perform, and adapt. Leaders are navigating this shift while balancing accountability, culture, and results.

These conversations are meant to surface how that navigation actually happens.
